Accenture predijo que, para 2028, los pa\u00edses del G20 (incluidos Estados Unidos, India, Brasil, Reino Unido, Alemania y M\u00e9xico) podr\u00edan perder hasta $11,5 billones del crecimiento acumulado prometido por las tecnolog\u00edas inteligentes, si no pueden satisfacer la futura demanda de competencias.<\/p>\n<p>Muchas titulaciones de Inform\u00e1tica de varios a\u00f1os de duraci\u00f3n se centran en conocimientos y teor\u00eda que distan mucho de las necesidades de la industria en cuanto a competencias pr\u00e1cticas de software, experiencia pr\u00e1ctica y habilidades personales, con lo que cada a\u00f1o aumenta la brecha entre la educaci\u00f3n y la pr\u00e1ctica. Al mismo tiempo, los estudiantes y titulados de otras titulaciones aspiran a conseguir lucrativos empleos tecnol\u00f3gicos, pero no encuentran una v\u00eda eficaz para su reciclaje profesional.<\/p>\n<h2><strong>COVID-19 Impacto en la educaci\u00f3n<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>Por si el d\u00e9ficit de competencias tecnol\u00f3gicas no fuera suficiente, el mundo ha tenido que hacer frente en los \u00faltimos meses a la pandemia del coronavirus. La pandemia Covid-19 ha intensificado la necesidad de formaci\u00f3n pr\u00e1ctica en tecnolog\u00eda.<\/p>\n<p>Decenas de millones de personas en todo el mundo fueron despedidas por sus empresas y se enfrentan al desempleo. Muchos se dieron cuenta de que sus funciones no est\u00e1n en el camino cr\u00edtico de sus empresas para crecer o sobrevivir. Muchos otros se dan cuenta de que esta crisis mundial ofrece la oportunidad de elegir una carrera diferente.<\/p>\n<p>Mientras millones de personas est\u00e1n \"en el banquillo\", se abren millones de puestos de trabajo tecnol\u00f3gicos que no pueden cubrirse. Los gobiernos se esfuerzan por encontrar formas de ayudar a la mano de obra a pasar de las industrias y funciones en las que el desempleo es elevado al sector tecnol\u00f3gico, donde el talento est\u00e1 muy demandado y la oferta es constantemente escasa.<\/p>\n<p>La pandemia tambi\u00e9n ha intensificado la necesidad de las empresas de digitalizarse y teletrabajar: vender, trabajar, colaborar y ofrecer atenci\u00f3n al cliente en l\u00ednea. Lo digital era grande y estaba creciendo incluso antes de Covid-19, pero debido al distanciamiento social, todo lo que antes se realizaba cara a cara ahora requiere una alternativa digital adecuada.<\/p>\n<p>Una reciente encuesta de Wipro sobre el estado de la infraestructura de TI revel\u00f3 que el 81% de las empresas considera que la reconversi\u00f3n de su mano de obra actual es la v\u00eda principal para adaptarse a las nuevas tecnolog\u00edas.<\/p>\n<p>Las plataformas de formaci\u00f3n en l\u00ednea, como Coursera y EdX, tambi\u00e9n est\u00e1n en auge, y muchos acuden en masa a los cursos en l\u00ednea como el futuro de la educaci\u00f3n. Pero son muy pocos los que realmente terminan los cursos en l\u00ednea, y a\u00fan menos los que consiguen un trabajo tras un curso en l\u00ednea que han completado.&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/wawiwa-tech.com\/es\/blog\/how-is-wawiwa-tech-training-different-from-a-mooc\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\">Hay muchas razones para ello<\/a>.<\/p>\n<h2><strong>Presentaci\u00f3n de Wawiwa Tech Training&nbsp;<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>La forma eficaz de formar y recualificar a la gente para empleos tecnol\u00f3gicos, creo, sigue siendo \"h\u00edbrida\" y \"semipresencial\". La gente necesita aprender tanto los conocimientos t\u00e9cnicos actualizados como las competencias profesionales necesarias para desempe\u00f1ar con \u00e9xito un trabajo tecnol\u00f3gico. Las empresas necesitan m\u00e1s t\u00e9cnicos y quieren que est\u00e9n dispuestos, preparados y capacitados ahora, no dentro de 3 o 4 a\u00f1os tras obtener un t\u00edtulo en inform\u00e1tica o ingenier\u00eda de software.<\/p>\n<p>He fundado Wawiwa Tech Training para colmar la brecha mundial de competencias tecnol\u00f3gicas, ecosistema a ecosistema. En las \u00faltimas tres d\u00e9cadas he tenido la suerte de cofundar y dirigir centros de formaci\u00f3n tecnol\u00f3gica en siete pa\u00edses y tres continentes.
