En Australia, las mujeres representan s\u00f3lo 18% de los profesionales de la ciberseguridad. En un pa\u00eds que es el 6\u00ba m\u00e1s comprometido con el sector de la ciberseguridad en Asia-Pac\u00edfico, y donde la tecnolog\u00eda es el 2\u00ba mayor contribuyente a la econom\u00eda del pa\u00eds, corregir este desequilibrio deber\u00eda ser una prioridad.\u00a0<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"color: var( --e-global-color-text ); font-family: var( --e-global-typography-text-font-family ), Sans-serif; font-size: 1rem;\">Las mujeres asumen el liderazgo en muchos puestos directivos y de alta direcci\u00f3n en ciberseguridad. Hay m\u00e1s mujeres que hombres en puestos como CEO (53%), CIO (55%), CISO (57%) y Director de TI (56%). Esto es bastante alentador. Sin embargo, las mujeres siguen cobrando menos que sus hom\u00f3logos masculinos. El sector cibern\u00e9tico de Estados Unidos presenta una de las mayores diferencias en los salarios medios, ya que las mujeres ganan de media US$29.000 menos cada a\u00f1o en comparaci\u00f3n con su equivalente masculino.\u00a0<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"color: var( --e-global-color-text ); font-family: var( --e-global-typography-text-font-family ), Sans-serif; font-size: 1rem;\">A\u00fan queda mucho por hacer para garantizar una representaci\u00f3n adecuada de las mujeres en el sector de la ciberseguridad. Mientras tanto, podemos celebrar los logros de mujeres incre\u00edbles en el ciberespacio. Por ejemplo, Nasrin Rozai (CISO de Verizon), Clar Rosso (CEO de (ISC)<\/span><span style=\"color: var( --e-global-color-text ); font-family: var( --e-global-typography-text-font-family ), Sans-serif; font-size: 1rem;\">2<\/span><span style=\"color: var( --e-global-color-text ); font-family: var( --e-global-typography-text-font-family ), Sans-serif; font-size: 1rem;\">), y la Dra.
