Cada vez hay m\u00e1s gente que utiliza la IA -estudiantes que escriben, profesionales del marketing que crean, desarrolladores que programan-, pero pocos saben c\u00f3mo utilizarla de forma que destaque. Cuando la inteligencia se automatiza y la creatividad se hace crowdsourcing, la cuesti\u00f3n es qui\u00e9n sabe pensar m\u00e1s all\u00e1 de la IA. Nos encantan los atajos: nos ahorran tiempo, aumentan la productividad y nos hacen sentir eficientes. Pero el cerebro no crece con facilidad. Cada vez que nos saltamos la parte dif\u00edcil, nos saltamos el aprendizaje. Cuanto m\u00e1s f\u00e1cil hace las cosas la tecnolog\u00eda, m\u00e1s nos arriesgamos a perder las habilidades que nos hacen humanos: la concentraci\u00f3n, el razonamiento y la curiosidad. Empezamos a confundir velocidad con inteligencia y comodidad con progreso. Pero lo cierto es que es en la lucha donde nuestro cerebro cobra vida. Sin esa tensi\u00f3n -el pensamiento, el esfuerzo, el asombro- no evolucionamos con la IA. Dejamos que evolucione en nuestro lugar.<\/span><\/p>

Todo el mundo tiene IA, \u00bfy ahora qu\u00e9?<\/b><\/h2>

Hemos llegado a un punto en el que decir que \"hay que conocer la IA\" para seguir siendo empleable parece casi redundante. Por supuesto que s\u00ed. Es como decir que se necesita Wi-Fi para trabajar. Hoy en d\u00eda, trabajar con herramientas de IA es un requisito b\u00e1sico en casi todas las profesiones, desde el marketing hasta el desarrollo de software o el dise\u00f1o. Los empleadores esperan que utilices la IA y que demuestres tu competencia en las herramientas que son importantes para tu puesto. Si usted no puede, otro lo har\u00e1. La diferencia entre lo normal y lo excepcional es qui\u00e9n entiende de IA. No se limite a pedirle a la IA que escriba su correo electr\u00f3nico, p\u00eddale que prediga c\u00f3mo reaccionar\u00e1 su lector. No te limites a generar un dise\u00f1o, p\u00eddele que te explique por qu\u00e9 funciona psicol\u00f3gicamente. No te limites a resumir un informe: p\u00eddele que revele la tendencia oculta que nadie m\u00e1s ha detectado. La habilidad consiste en saber pensar con la IA.<\/span><\/p>

La nueva inteligencia: Pensar m\u00e1s all\u00e1 de la consigna<\/b><\/h2>

Antes nos juzgaban por lo que sab\u00edamos. Despu\u00e9s, por lo que pod\u00edamos hacer. Ahora se trata de c\u00f3mo pensamos, de c\u00f3mo conectamos los puntos, hacemos preguntas y convertimos los resultados de la IA en conocimiento. Las personas m\u00e1s inteligentes en la era de la IA no ser\u00e1n las que tengan las mejores indicaciones, sino las que sepan qu\u00e9 hacer a continuaci\u00f3n con las respuestas que obtengan.<\/span><\/p>

La IA puede escribir poes\u00eda, programar aplicaciones y predecir tendencias, pero no puede sentir una chispa de curiosidad, percibir la iron\u00eda o imaginar algo absurdamente nuevo. Lo mismo ocurre con el dise\u00f1o: La IA puede crear bonitos elementos visuales en segundos, pero si no puedes evaluar si se ajustan a las necesidades del usuario o a las normas de accesibilidad, el resultado parecer\u00e1 bonito pero fallar\u00e1 en el uso real.<\/span><\/p>
