Na Austr\u00e1lia, as mulheres representam apenas 18% dos profissionais de seguran\u00e7a cibern\u00e9tica. Em um pa\u00eds que \u00e9 o sexto mais comprometido com o setor de seguran\u00e7a cibern\u00e9tica na regi\u00e3o \u00c1sia-Pac\u00edfico e onde a tecnologia \u00e9 a segunda maior contribuinte para a economia do pa\u00eds, corrigir esse desequil\u00edbrio deve ser uma prioridade.\u00a0<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"color: var( --e-global-color-text ); font-family: var( --e-global-typography-text-font-family ), Sans-serif; font-size: 1rem;\">As mulheres assumem a lideran\u00e7a em muitos cargos executivos e de diretoria na \u00e1rea de seguran\u00e7a cibern\u00e9tica. Mais mulheres do que homens est\u00e3o em cargos como CEO (53%), CIO (55%), CISO (57%) e Diretor de TI (56%). Isso \u00e9 bastante animador! No entanto, as mulheres ainda recebem menos do que seus colegas homens.
