Yael Rubinstein
Head of AI Course for Product Managers
Yael Rubinstein is a seasoned Product Management Leader with a passion for AI and innovation.
She has experience as a Product Manager, successfully leading cross-functional teams and driving strategic initiatives. Yael also lectures Product Management at Ono Academic College and Shenkar College.
Beyond her professional experience, Yael is a community leader of the Women Mamram Alumni community, where she actively mentors product managers and lectures on product management.
Yael holds a BA in Computer Science and Mathematics and an MBA in Marketing from the Open University of Israel.

Introduction to AI and Generative AI (45 minutes)
- Introducing the basics of AI and machine learning
- How Generative AI is transforming Product Management:
- Exploring the Product Manager’s role and the various tasks that can be performed with Generative AI
- ChatGPT and large language models:
- Deep dive into ChatGPT and other large language models
- Introducing prompt engineering and talking with machines
Product Discovery, Research and Product Specification with Generative AI (1.5 hours)
- Integrating AI tools into product discovery & research process:
- Performing market research and competitive analysis
- Generating ideas and concepts with AI ideation tools
- Using AI to create thorough Product Requirement Documents (PRDs)
- Ensuring PRDs cover functional requirements, non-functional requirements, use cases, user stories, and technical specifications
- Incorporating AI-generated diagrams, visuals, and graphs into PRDs
- Reviewing and refining PRDs with the assistance of AI tools
AI-Powered Product Design and Prototyping (1 hour)
- Introduction to image-generating tools
- Creating innovative prototyping and user interface design with AI tools
- Generating design inspiration and concepts
- Building quick mockups to validate product ideas
AI-Driven Planning, KPIs, and Data Analysis (45 minutes)
