Brazil’s growing tech sector offers great opportunities. Entry-level Data Analysts in Brazil can earn nearly $20,000 USD annually, while junior Product Managers get salaries of around $30,000 USD, both significantly higher than the country’s average annual salary of $8,000 USD.

Wawiwa Tech, a global leader in reskilling and upskilling people to tech and business jobs in high demand, offers its local partners, like TechTalent Innovation School, career-oriented tech training programs that incorporate Artificial Intelligence (AI) technology and readiness.

TechTalent Innovation is launching Wawiwa’s tech training programs in Minas Gerais, Brazil, marking a strategic shift toward tech education. Founder Diercio, who previously ran two Pearson English school franchises, is dedicating nearly all his efforts to this new venture with Wawiwa.

At the signing ceremony, Diercio Ferreira, CEO of TechTalent Innovation School, said:

"With 530,000 unfilled tech positions expected in 2025, Brazil faces a critical talent shortage despite being the world’s 8th largest economy. Just over 50,000 tech professionals graduate each year, far from meeting the demand. This partnership answers that call, reskilling people for careers in tech, unlocking opportunity and fueling Brazil’s digital future."

“We’re partnering with TechTalent Innovation School to offer our 6-month Data Analyst and 1-month Product Manager programs - designed for individuals with no prior experience who are eager to start a new tech career in these high-demand fields. While these programs provide a reskilling pathway for newcomers, they also serve as great upskilling opportunities for professionals already working in areas like finance, marketing, or operations, who want to advance their careers and gain a competitive edge in the job market.”
