Wawiwa and TechTalent Innovation School Partner to Reskill and Upskill Minas Gerais, Brazil, to Data Analysis and Product Management

On July 8th, 2025, Wawiwa Tech signed a new partnership agreement with TechTalent Innovation School in Minas Gerais, Brazil, to offer the Data Analyst and Product Manager programs. Together, we will reskill individuals with no prior background and upskill professionals already working in data analysis and product management.

Partnership Signing Ceremony

Brazil’s growing tech sector offers great opportunities. Entry-level Data Analysts in Brazil can earn nearly $20,000 USD annually, while junior Product Managers get salaries of around $30,000 USD, both significantly higher than the country’s average annual salary of $8,000 USD.

Wawiwa Tech, a global leader in reskilling and upskilling people to tech and business jobs in high demand, offers its local partners, like TechTalent Innovation School, career-oriented tech training programs that incorporate Artificial Intelligence (AI) technology and readiness.

TechTalent Innovation is launching Wawiwa’s tech training programs in Minas Gerais, Brazil, marking a strategic shift toward tech education. Founder Diercio, who previously ran two Pearson English school franchises, is dedicating nearly all his efforts to this new venture with Wawiwa.

At the signing ceremony, Diercio Ferreira, CEO of TechTalent Innovation School, said:

"With 530,000 unfilled tech positions expected in 2025, Brazil faces a critical talent shortage despite being the world’s 8th largest economy. Just over 50,000 tech professionals graduate each year, far from meeting the demand. This partnership answers that call, reskilling people for careers in tech, unlocking opportunity and fueling Brazil’s digital future."

While these programs provide a reskilling pathway for newcomers, they also serve as great upskilling opportunities for professionals already working in areas like finance, marketing, or operations, who want to advance their careers and gain a competitive edge in the job market.”

AI is Smart. But It’s not Wise. That’s Why Humans Must Keep Learning.

AI can pass exams, write code, and sound smarter than most people in the room… so what’s left for humans? Here’s the twist: despite all its power, it still lacks something your grandfather has. And that difference changes everything. This blog reveals what AI still can’t do and why humans must keep learning to stay ahead in the age of AI.

This blog discusses how and why Google shifted toward skills-based hiring, what it reveals about the changing job market, and what it means for learners, professionals, and employers.
