Georgia is already on the map as a hub for tech outsourcing and entrepreneurship. It has become a prominent nearshoring destination in Eastern Europe, favored by global tech giants like Microsoft, EPAM, and Backbase, who are scaling their teams in the country. With over 30,000 professionals currently working in tech and approximately 7,000 tech graduates entering the workforce annually, Georgia’s talent pipeline is growing fast, but demand continues to outpace supply.

Wawiwa Tech, a global leader in reskilling and upskilling people to tech and business jobs in high demand, offers its local partners, like Webiz, career-oriented tech training programs that incorporate Artificial Intelligence (AI) technology and readiness.

Webiz is an AI-powered workforce management company that connects businesses with global talent through outstaffing solutions. With a global reach and data-driven approach, Webiz helps companies scale, optimize their teams, and enter new markets.

At the signing ceremony, Eyal Bar Oz, Co-Founder and Chief Executive Officer of Webiz, said:
