Skilling the World for AI

Wawiwa and Webiz Partner to Reskill and Upskill Georgia to Data Analysis and AI

On June 19th, 2025, Wawiwa Tech signed a new partnership agreement with Webiz in Georgia to offer the Data Analyst Program and AI courses designed for tech professionals. Together with Webiz, we will reskill individuals with no prior background in data analysis and upskill professionals looking to augment their data and AI skills, preparing them for success in the Georgian tech industry.

Partnership Signing Ceremony

Georgia is already on the map as a hub for tech outsourcing and entrepreneurship. It has become a prominent nearshoring destination in Eastern Europe, favored by global tech giants like Microsoft, EPAM, and Backbase, who are scaling their teams in the country. With over 30,000 professionals currently working in tech and approximately 7,000 tech graduates entering the workforce annually, Georgia’s talent pipeline is growing fast, but demand continues to outpace supply.

Wawiwa Tech, a global leader in reskilling and upskilling people to tech and business jobs in high demand, offers its local partners, like Webiz, career-oriented tech training programs that incorporate Artificial Intelligence (AI) technology and readiness.

Webiz is an AI-powered workforce management company that connects businesses with global talent through outstaffing solutions. With a global reach and data-driven approach, Webiz helps companies scale, optimize their teams, and enter new markets.

At the signing ceremony, Eyal Bar Oz, Co-Founder and Chief Executive Officer of Webiz, said:

"I’m happy to launch this partnership between Webiz and Wawiwa here in Georgia. The country is becoming a real tech hub, and we’re proud to play a role in its growth. Together, we’ll train the next generation of data and AI professionals and create new opportunities in the industry."
