Dor is an experienced Training & Customer Success Manager with a passion for education and technology, dedicated to creating impactful learning experiences that enhance human performance. At Wawiwa, Dor plays a key role in designing tech training programs that meet the specific needs of each market. He integrates AI tools into training programs to deliver more personalized and meaningful outcomes for learners. Prior to joining Wawiwa, Dor worked at Middle East Entrepreneurs of Tomorrow (MEET), where he led an innovative project running a startup accelerator program in partnership with MIT, focused on computer science, entrepreneurship, and leadership. Earlier, he served as an eLearning Project Lead, teacher, and tour guide at Ulpan-Or, where he specialized in educational content development and program delivery.

Dor is a graduate of Nisan Nativ Acting Studio, where he obtained a Diploma in Acting. This unique blend of technological acumen, educational insight, and communication skills gives him a holistic and creative perspective on tech training, project management, and learner engagement.
