Wawiwa and Execoop Partner to Upskill Brazil’s Workforce

On April 8, 2025, Wawiwa Tech and Execoop signed an agreement to introduce Wawiwa’s upskilling courses in Brazil. Execoop will offer Wawiwa’s Generative AI for Marketing Professionals, Cybersecurity Protection of Organizations, and Introduction to Cyber Awareness courses to the cooperative market segment in Brazil.

Brazil is experiencing a growing tech skills gap as technologies evolve faster than workforce capabilities. To stay competitive, many companies are choosing to upskill their existing teams – ensuring employees update their skills and keep pace with industry demands. It’s a faster and more cost-effective approach than hiring externally, especially in a rapidly changing market.

Through this partnership with Wawiwa, Execoop – already known for its unique training programs for the cooperative sector – will now support businesses across Brazil in keeping their teams up-to-date with the latest in Cybersecurity and Generative AI.

Wawiwa Tech, a global tech education provider with a focus on reskilling and upskilling, offers its local partners like Execoop the ability to bring top-quality tech training courses to the local market quickly and effectively.

Execoop empowers Brazil’s cooperative sector through executive training that strengthens leadership and drives sustainable growth. This partnership expands Execoop’s offerings with cutting-edge tech training courses.

Generative AI for Marketing Professionals Workshop

AI is transforming marketing—and Wawiwa is making sure that marketers don’t get left behind. This course dives into how AI tools can help in crafting marketing strategies, launching digital campaigns, generating quality content, and analyzing performance data. Participants gain hands-on experience and learn to work faster and better.

Cybersecurity Protection of Organizations

Cyber attacks are on the rise, putting organizations at risk. This 28-hour course equips IT and corporate professionals without cyber knowledge with the essential knowledge to learn about different types of attacks, familiarize themselves with cybersecurity monitoring and prevention tools, and understand the importance of proper Incident Response plans and methodologies.

Introduction to Cyber Awareness

This short seminar offers an introduction to cybersecurity, raising employees’ awareness of various dangers and cyber risks. It explains the motivations and intentions of attackers and hackers, and recommends conduct, behaviors, and best practices for individuals and organizations.

Filipe Pires, CEO of Execoop, said:

"Our collaboration with Wawiwa Tech is a strategic leap forward in delivering transformative tech training in Brazil. As part of our expansion to 45 new programs across 8 categories, we’re proud to include Wawiwa’s upskilling courses in Cybersecurity and Generative AI. Brazil’s cooperative sector includes 23 million workers and makes up around 10% of the country’s GDP. It aims to reach R$1 trillion (about USD 178 billion) in revenue by 2027. This partnership marks the beginning of our journey to become a reference in the professionalization of risk managers in cybercrime and the application of Generative AI in cooperatives and IT companies that support them. Wawiwa’s reputation for producing job-ready talent is unmatched. Together, we’re creating future-proof opportunities for our learners and shaping a workforce that’s ready for today’s challenges."
