Shelley is a global business executive and workforce development leader with over two decades of experience in business growth, innovation, strategic partnerships, and risk management.

Shelley previously served as Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer at New Horizons Computer Learning Centers, where she helped lead global expansion, business transformation, and workforce development initiatives. As a trusted advisor and board member, she has also worked with Fortune 500 companies and investment groups, including Pearson and Microsoft, helping organizations transform ideas into scalable solutions and expand into international markets.

Throughout her career, Shelley has delivered tenfold business growth, built high-performing global teams, and developed partnerships across more than 1,000 markets in 58 countries. Her expertise spans emerging technologies, EdTech, workforce development, global learning, innovation, and international financial markets.

Shelley holds a Bachelor’s degree from Portland State University, with a minor in Communications.
