Graduate Employability is Our Main Focus
Over 70% of Wawiwa graduates land a tech job within 2 months
Many people enroll in tech training courses hoping to land a job in tech – only to find themselves struggling to get hired.
At Wawiwa, our tech training programs are just the beginning – graduate employability is the main goal. We don’t just teach tech skills; we prepare graduates for real tech jobs and ensure they hit the ground running. Every aspect of our programs is designed to ensure that graduates stand out to employers with the right skills and hands-on experience to launch a successful tech career.
Our partner centers provide career support to all students, offering HR and career guidance that help them find a job quickly. Our partners offer CV workshops, interview preparation, and career coaching to ensure graduates are well-prepared for job applications and tech recruiting processes.
They also bring hiring managers from leading companies and startups to recruit on campus, giving students direct exposure to potential employers and early access to job opportunities.

JET Design™ Methodology
Our Job Effective Training (JET) design methodology ensures that students graduate with the exact skills employers need.
Each program is carefully structured to match industry needs, focusing on hands-on learning and practical experience rather than excessive theory.
By integrating real-world challenges, the latest technologies, and employer expectations into our training, we prepare students to confidently step into tech roles.
Bring-It-Together Projects
Getting real-world experience through hands-on projects is a fundamental part of Wawiwa programs. Wawiwa students work on Bring-It-Together (BIT) projects, which integrate everything they’ve learned into a hands-on, practical assignment.
These projects simulate real workplace tasks, allowing students to demonstrate their technical skills, problem-solving abilities, and creativity. Students graduate with a demonstrable portfolio that showcases their skills to potential employers.

Career Support:
CV Workshops, Interview Preparation, and Professional Coaching
Wawiwa’s partner centers provide career support services to help students find a tech job.
Dedicated HR teams at our partner centers offer CV workshops, interview preparation, and career coaching, helping graduates to present themselves confidently to employers. Students learn how to craft a compelling resume, highlight their skills effectively, and navigate job interviews with ease. This personalized guidance helps them stand out in a competitive job market and secure the tech jobs they seek.
Connecting Students with Employers
Wawiwa’s partner centers actively foster strong industry relationships, connecting students with leading companies and startups at the local industry early on.
Our partners bring recruiters and hiring managers directly to Wawiwa centers, allowing students to engage with potential employers during their studies, giving students a head start in their job search.
Potential recruiters give feedback on student’s projects. This early exposure helps companies identify top talent, providing corporate partners with a direct pipeline to skilled, job-ready professionals.
Some of our graduates are hired even before they graduate, and 70% of our graduates find a job within 2 months of completing their Wawiwa training.
