In just 6 to 9 months, these programs will equip learners with the skills they need to become job-ready tech professionals. This partnership marks a significant step towards addressing Peru’s growing demand for tech talent and Wawiwa’s expansion in South America.

Peru is experiencing a significant tech talent shortage, with 70% of employers struggling to find skilled professionals to meet industry demands. As the country undergoes rapid digital transformation, businesses are seeking qualified tech talent to drive innovation. Wawiwa Tech, a global leader in reskilling and upskilling people to tech and business jobs in high demand, offers its local partners, like CEGICAP, career-oriented tech training programs that incorporate Artificial Intelligence (AI) technology and readiness.
