Wawiwa and CINSE 360 Partner to Reskill Mexico to Tech

Wawiwa has signed a new partnership with CINSE 360, a dynamic startup in Central Mexico. This partnership marks a significant step towards enhancing tech education and reskilling opportunities across the region.

Partnership Signing Ceremony

Wawiwa Tech, a global leader in reskilling and upskilling people to tech and business jobs in high demand, offers its local partners career-oriented tech training programs that incorporate Artificial Intelligence (AI) modules.

CINSE 360 will begin offering Wawiwa’s Data Analyst, Frontend Developer and Full-Stack Developer Programs to meet the growing demand for tech professionals in Central Mexico. According to recent studies, Mexico will need over 65,000 software developers in the coming years to keep pace with its booming tech industry. Data analysis has emerged as one of the most in-demand business and tech roles, but it is also among the most challenging to fill due to a significant skills gap.

To address this gap, Wawiwa’s reskilling programs are designed to transform students into job-ready professionals in 6-9 months, even if they enter the programs without any prior tech background. By providing hands-on training and an industry-relevant curriculum, the programs equip students with the necessary skills to excel in Mexico’s tech job market. This approach prepares individuals for immediate employment and contributes to building a sustainable pipeline of qualified tech professionals supporting the country’s growth.

Manuel Pérez-Cárdenas, a prominent Mexican economist, is the entrepreneur driving CINSE 360. Manuel brings a wealth of leadership experience from his career, which has positively impacted the Mexican economy. Throughout his impressive professional career in industry, technology, finance, diplomacy, and politics, he has been an important force in driving change and innovation in Mexico. Now, with CINSE 360 – having renounced all political appointments to avoid any conflicts of interest – Manuel aims to leverage his expertise to address the critical tech skills gap in Mexico, fostering a new generation of tech professionals through Wawiwa’s innovative training programs.

Manuel Pérez-Cárdenas, Founder of CINSE 360, said:

“Human talent with tech skills is in high demand due to Mexico's economic and industrial growth. We are excited to collaborate with Wawiwa to address the shortage of qualified professionals and introduce tech training programs in response to the expanding labor market. We see Wawiwa as an ideal partner to establish our CINSE 360 tech training center in Mexico.”

This new partnership in Mexico with CINSE 360 will significantly expand our ability to reskill individuals for these critical roles, opening doors for aspiring tech professionals.”

Partner with Wawiwa to offer tech training programs in less than 6 months!

Wawiwa bridges the tech skills gap by reskilling people for tech professions in high demand. There are millions of tech vacancies and not enough tech professionals with the relevant knowledge and skills to fill them. What the industry needs of employees is not taught in long academic degrees. Wawiwa helps partners around the world to reskill, and upskill people for tech jobs through local tech training centers or programs. The company utilizes a proven training methodology, cutting-edge content, digital platforms for learning and assessment, and strong industry relations, to deliver training programs that result in higher employability and graduate satisfaction. This, in turn, also creates a strong training brand and a sustainable business for Wawiwa’s partners.
